Creating a Project

1. Go to ticnote.com

   Sign in with the same account as your mobile app.

2. Click 'New Project'

   Give it a descriptive name — e.g., “Q1 Customer Discovery” or “Series A Fundraising”.

3. Add content

   • Import recordings synced from your TicNote device
   • Upload audio/video files (MP3, MP4, MOV)
   • Add documents (PDF, Word, Markdown)
   • Paste a YouTube link for direct transcription
4. Start working with Shadow AI

   Once files are transcribed, Shadow AI is ready to answer questions and generate deliverables.
